welcome to voice phone station

mostly technic is the "voice telephone":means we use the modem to catch button from the telephone,and play wav file to the line,record wav file from the line.(when play file ,we aready have "TTS",cover chinexe and english)

it also can use with "voice card".

we alread finished a groupware,she could use in visual basic/visual c++/delphi/pb.

(1)click "voice mail" to download the program. this "voice mail" run on the win9x/winnt/win2000/winxp. use winzip/winrar,get the setup.exe,click it ,you will finish install. you should select a modem from selectbox,then click "open wait call". when have a telephone call,and Ring fifth she will say:"no body is here,press 1 on telephone ,and then speak,we could save your voice,hand up when you finished". when user press 1£¬she record the voice ,and save it at local machine,you can click wav file(from right listbox)to listen . click the "welcome setup",and select the "record" checkbox,you can record the welcome wav file again,like "no body is here,press 1 on telephone ,and then speak,we could save your voice,hand up when you finished".

(2)click "web phone"you can call a telephone on html,but you be sure the modem is free. if you are first go "web phone",you may be wait about 10secs.
